The Holy Ghost is the third person in the Trinity, and has a separate identity from the Father and the Son (Joh 16:13-14, Eph 1:13-14).  He has personal characteristics such as:
The Holy Ghost also shows personal actions:
The Holy Ghost maintains personal relationships with the Father and the Son (Mat 28:19, Joh 16:14) and with believers (Act 15:28).  The Holy Ghost is very God, Coequal and Coeternal with the Father and the Son (Act 5:3-4) and He has Divine attributes:
Divine works are attributed to the Holy Ghost:
