GAY AGENDA

As for America, our government was changed after the Civil War.  I see people all the time on the internet talking about how times will get bad and they fear that the government will institute martial law. 

Did you know that we have been under martial law since the Civil War?  President Lincoln’s declaration of war has never been rescinded and is renewed, in secret, annually by every president since.  Why do they renew it, because it allows them to legislate (executive orders) under war powers.  That is why a president can currently just order an attack on another country without congressional approval.  They only get approval (afterwards) as a show to the people.

The government currently exists to take money from you in a variety of ways that are unconstitutional.  God’s law still works in the court systems, but you cannot appear entirely in the fictitious corporate name on your government identifications. 

The history you were taught in school is meant to brainwash you.  That is why the government controls the schools.  The greatness of America is found in the Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights.  Can any of you remember learning about the Bill of Rights and how they apply to the government when you were in school?  I guarantee if you do it was a twisted version that reflected the current government structure.

The powers were meant to be separate, but now church and state are joined together.  That is why they can pass laws relating to same-sex marriages, gay rights, questionable beliefs, and so on without your consent.  The Constitution was originally established to protect the individual from the religious, or any views or beliefs, of the masses by keeping those opinions out of law. 

In fact, under common public law, the laws that they have passed are illegal.   If more people realized how their Republic (not democracy, i.e, “and to the Republic for which it stands”) has been hijacked, maybe we could get it back before it is too late.

The Gay Agenda is a belief (false by the natural sold and transferred rights of man from God), that is being forced on the public with gross detriment.  The laws being passed are not binding (as they are unlawful according to the Constitution) on the people.   Furthermore, the laws being passed transcend violation of the Constitution and Declaration of Independence by violating the Natural Laws of which these documents are founded on.   Proof text from the Declaration of Independence:

“When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them…” 

These are your unalienable rights.  They proceed from God, and the framers of the Declaration of Independence understood this fact.  This is why no statutory law can be binding or valid over a natural law unless you choose it to be.  The Gay Agenda or government cannot remove these laws, they can only cover them up (currently) thus removing them from practice.

Homosexualism in itself violates the laws of nature and nature’s God, because you cannot be born that way.  If it were possible to be born that way then it would be within the laws of nature.  You see, it takes a man and a woman to produce you, so it is impossible in principle for you to be born gay.

Also, it is impossible for gays to complete a unitive joining of the sexual organs, which is the principle meaning behind marriage, union, bond, and the merging into one flesh.  This is how nature, and nature’s God defines marriage, “and they two shall be one flesh.”  Ceremony is not how God defines marriage; He defines it by the unitive joining of the sexual organs (1Co 6:16). 

So, if you refuse to bake a cake or construct a toy for a gay couple wanting to “marry,” or you want to refuse any kind of service to gays based on your belief over theirs, it is lawful because that is your unalienable right under God.   It is your right because no man can force another man to do something he does not want to do (unalienable right).   If he does he has caused “damage” to him, which is the grounds for an Action at Law in this country.

The gays have been successful at lawsuits because these suits are occurring under Equity Law where the government judge is acting as judge and jury.   However, and this is my opinion, I believe it is possible to bring suit against them for damages resultant from the promulgation of their belief on society in a Common Law court with a jury.

The beliefs of the gays have damage society in a number of ways including (but not limited to) population expansion, institutional stability, perpetuation, and replenishment.  But, how many of us, who believe in the truth of God, have family members who have been affected with the promulgation of the Gay Agenda?  There is the damage also.  They actually believe it is acceptable to be gay in contradiction to the laws of nature and nature’s God. 

Also, their laws in themselves violate the separation of church and state in relation to the establishment of a religion because the adherents suppose they are born that way.  Birth is controlled by nature and nature’s God connecting their beliefs back to God.  Even if someone defends with artificial insemination, birth control, abortion, whatever man-made interference with the natural laws of birth they come up with, they still have to violate the mechanisms associated with natural birth in order to carry out their deeds against nature’s law.

The way the government has removed your unalienable rights over their instituted legislative “privileges” or “civil rights,” is via the unconstitutional 14th Amendment.  The 14th Amendment makes you (by default), a “citizen” of THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, a corporate fiction created in 1871.  Prior to this, you were considered people of a particular State. 

State and Nation have legal meanings.  The short explanation of the difference between a State and a Nation is this: within a State the people are sovereign (you are a king with no subjects), within a Nation the government is sovereign.  Within a State the people have natural rights, and within a Nation the “citizens” have privileges or civil rights granted by the government.  More from the Declaration of Independence: 

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.” 

What was happening to the people of the framers of the Declaration of Independence and Constitution is what is happening to us today.  King George and his English soldiers were running roughshod over the natural rights of people in this country much like the government and police forces do today over our rights.  Listen to these few excerpts from Declaration of Independence (in Italics):

“He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.” 

“He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary powers.”

“He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.”

“He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harrass our people, and eat out their substance.” 

I recently had to pay to renew a license plate and another property tax.  I was shocked at how much these fees keep climbing.  Did you know they are all unconstitutional?  Did you also know that any Title you possess is not ownership that property?  Look at it, it says “Certificate of Title.”  That means someone else is a superior owner, which is how they charge you taxes on it.  The only way you can have clear Title to your property today is if you have Allodial Title, which is a title absent a superior owner.  This is how they “harrass our people, and eat out their substance.” 

“He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:” 

It is if the current powers (since 1871) read this document and set out to do everything in them against us.  By the establishment of the District of Columbia in 1871, and the incorporation of THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, the unjust powers effectively created a foreign state in this country.  The laws legislated in that foreign state, are only binding on its “citizens.”   That is, while the Bill of Rights still stand.

“For Quartering large bodies of armed troops among us:”

“For protecting them, by a mock Trial, from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States:” 

This is how cops get away with murder, you know, like when you see a YouTube video of cops tazing a mentally ill naked man to death in a bathtub and a judge rules it was necessary use of force.  If that same cop was tried in a Common Law court with a jury the outcome would be different.  Force dictates law, and the judges will protect the law dogs that use the force.

“For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent:” 

How many of you have consented to all the taxes you pay?

“For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury:” 

This is what is currently happening when you go to court.  You are guaranteed by the Bill of Rights a trial by jury if you choose.  They hide this fact from you by making you plea in their admiralty courts (Equity Law).

“For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offences” 

Again, this is what is happens when you go to court.  Common Law is also called the Law of the Land.  Statutory Law (Equity Law) is called the Law of the Sea.  That is why the flags in the court rooms have a gold fringe around the border and why you cross the bar (that little swinging fence door) when you go to court.  You are boarding their ship, your case is on a docket (dock); it is a ship docked.

“For abolishing the free System of English Laws in a neighbouring Province, establishing therein an Arbitrary government, and enlarging its Boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these Colonies:”

“For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:”

“For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.”

“He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us.” 

This is why Lincoln’s declaration of war is so vital to them to keep renewing it.  Ask yourself, who did Lincoln declare war on?  The war is being waged against you, and they are using you to kill yourself.  It is so clever that the masses will not believe it is actually happening.  For now they have you occupied with other things like TV, games, sports, whatever; but the time is coming when all that will come crashing down.  It will be at that point when you realize how foolish compared to truth all that junk is.

“He has plundered our seas, ravaged our Coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people.”

“He is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to compleat the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation.” 

Do you know how many UN troops are stationed in this country?  I bet you would be shocked.  Did you know it was foreign troops that entered the Branch Davidians' compound in Waco, TX in 1993 and killed those children?  Because of our nature, American law enforcement has (or use to) a difficult time killing children.  Yet, they are getting better at it, they are no longer satisfied with just killing blacks.

Our country is not 242 years old; it is almost over 500 years old.  The abuse of power occurring to our people had been building for a long time in a culture that was very much developed and equal to others of its time.  You should read the entire Declaration of Independence, and when you do, use it as a mirror to what is happening today.

The government’s infatuation with the Gay Agenda has to do with their continued war against the people.  Population reduction is a goal for the elite who control the world, and any instrument that accomplishes that, as well as hides God, is highly beneficial in their arsenal. 

True religion has the capacity to overthrow the elite because it can rally the masses.  The Vatican is part of the elite’s power base (one of the three districts, you know as in, “District of Columbia”); however, the pope effectively used the power of religion against King John in the 1200s to bring him to his knees in submission to the Vatican issuing the oldest financial agreement still in force today.

REPUBLIC

Our nation was established as a Republic, not a Democracy.  A Democracy is a dictatorship where 51 citizens tell 49 citizens what to do.  A Republic is one people (singular or plural) telling the 100 citizens their rules do not apply to me, I am sovereign.  The only way a people can be subject to the rules of the Democracy is if he chooses to be, or he harms or damages another person.  It is called ratification of commencement.

The framers of the Constitution understood abuse of power and government corruption, which is why the Bill of Rights and the Declaration of Independence are so strong in vesting power in the people.  It is also why the current government structure hides this from its “citizens” when you go to court.

When you go to court, you become subject to their jurisdiction (that is, you cease to be a people and become a citizen) by entering a plea consisting of one of three choices.  What you are actually saying is, I agree with your law and, “plead not guilty,” or, I agree with your law and “plead guilty,” or, I agree with your law and “plead no contest.”  In every instance, you agree with their law, and give them jurisdiction to decide the case.

In the Republic that is still in force, duly recognized by the government and by the oaths of the court officers to the Constitution, there is a fourth choice.  You can object because that is not what you want to do.  Warning, if you are in court and there is a legitimate damaged party you may be subject to their jurisdiction.  However, for the majority of actions (speeding tickets, seat-belt violation, drug charges, child support, and so on) there is no damaged party.

There is no damaged party because the government cannot be judge, prosecutor, accuser, witness, and damaged party.  It is called fraud, but they get away with it because you agree by plea.  What they are not telling you is that you are currently being tried in an equity court under trust laws, you know, “IN GOD WE TRUST.”

It is “legal,” but it is shady.  In the Bill of Rights an accused has right to trial in two domains of law, Equity Law and Common Law.  Under Common Law an accused is guaranteed a right to a trial by a jury.  This is the last thing the robbers want; all they want is your money, which is why they trick you into a contract by plea.

In a jury trial the jurors have judicial authority and the government is merely an administrator of the process.  With conviction of heart, a people could convince 12 other people that not wearing their seat-belt caused no one any harm.  There goes the fine, court costs, lawyer fees, higher insurance fees, you name it, which is all counterproductive to what the government was trying to do by taking your money.

Equity law operates under a trust where you are the beneficiary of a trust.  When you plea you give the court the ability to act in any role of the trust they like (trustor, trustee, or beneficiary) of your account.  Your account is your identification (driver’s license, government ids, birth certificates), that is why your name on all these documents is in all capital letters; it is a corporate trust account.  That is also why your original birth certificate is filed at a Federal Reserve Bank; you are the new gold standard.  Don’t believe me?  Look up the number on your birth certificate and it will tell you which Federal Reserve Bank it is filed at.

It is your account, so you actually give them permission to punish you or reward you.  They do this by sleight of hand where they reverse roles and make you the trustee bestowing benefits upon them or vice versa.  They call this court because it is a stage where this game is played (basketball court, tennis court), or in a Common Law court, the stage where a sovereign makes a show of his case.  Other names for Equity Law include (but are not limited to) admiralty law, law of the sea, statutory law, legislative law, kangaroo court, and/or Roman law.

This is what happened to Jesus.  When He was brought before Pilate the Bible states:

“And Jesus stood before the governor: and the governor asked him, saying, Art thou the King of the Jews? And Jesus said unto him, Thou sayest.”  Matthew 27:11.

Jesus’ answer is a legitimate legal response.  By saying, “Thou sayest,” He neither confirmed nor denied the question.  What this does to a court if you are a free people, is it denies them jurisdiction.  In Luke we read:

“When Pilate heard of Galilee, he asked whether the man were a Galilaean.  And as soon as he knew that he belonged unto Herod's jurisdiction, he sent him to Herod, who himself also was at Jerusalem at that time.”  Luke 23:6-7.

Pilate, not having gained jurisdiction, took Him to Herod, but Jesus never responds.  The result of which was that neither governor could get jurisdiction over Him.

In John’s Gospel we read:

“Then Pilate entered into the judgment hall again, and called Jesus, and said unto him, Art thou the King of the Jews? Jesus answered him, Sayest thou this thing of thyself, or did others tell it thee of me?”  John 18:33-34.

This is another legal means to establish jurisdiction.  When a court asks you, are you so and so and you say, “yes,” it becomes a form of agreement.  What Jesus did is question the question with a question, and thereby again denying Pilate jurisdiction.

Here is the kicker:

“Jesus answered, Thou couldest have no power at all against me, except it were given thee from above: therefore he that delivered me unto thee hath the greater sin.”  John 19:11.

The courts are subject to the laws of God, all courts of Common Law.  Yet, in a Common Law court Jesus had not harmed anyone, no damaged party.  He is the “above” in the passage as we are people above the government, above the court.  However, this is the heartbreaker and why Judas had the greater sin; it happens to us all who carry the cross and walk the same path.  Those closest to us will deliver us into the false jurisdiction of a court (government) that will prosecute us (steal, kill, and destroy our liberties) against our will and say it is on behalf of the delivering party and then wash their hands of the whole ordeal.

The framers of our Constitution understood law, something not taught anymore in this nation.  They removed it from the schools in the early 1900s.  Why because the last thing the government wants you to know is that you are free and not subject to their laws.  If you go to court and buck the system they will be belligerent and hateful toward you.  But if you stand your ground, there is really nothing they can do lawfully.

The Republic is founded under God; the Democracy is founded under the government.  You can choose which ever one you want, but eventually they will completely remove the Republic that limits the government.  In other words, you will no longer have the freedom that this nation was founded upon.  You will be the 49, or 39, 29, 19, 9, 1, or most likely they will just kill you in accordance with whatever fly by night statute they pass. 

Martyr’s Death

What do the deaths of the martyrs have in common?  Nobody stopped it.  This in itself reveals how much the world hated what they spoke, and how others remained neutral for fear of man or love of self.

The prophets and apostles of the Bible lived harsh lives.  John the Baptist lived in the wilderness sustained by locust and honey.  Christ had no certain dwelling place, and Paul testified to the same and added:

“Even unto this present hour we both hunger, and thirst, and are naked, and are buffeted, and have no certain dwellingplace; And labour, working with our own hands: being reviled, we bless; being persecuted, we suffer it: Being defamed, we intreat: we are made as the filth of the world, and are the offscouring of all things unto this day.”  1Corinthians 4:11-13.

Jeremiah was thrown in a pit, imprisoned, and was eventually stoned to death.  Elijah was hunted as a wild man, and Isaiah was ultimately sawn in two.  I could go on with examples from the Bible as well as those martyrs since who suffered for their testimony.

I say that to say this, what is your testimony.  There are very few examples (if really any) in the Bible of the faithful who did not suffer persecution for their faith.  Most all of them lived in extreme conditions that few of today even contemplate in the religious world for the luxuries and privileges they enjoy from the government, to the condemnation of their soul.

Christ said:

“Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake. And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another. And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.”  Matthew 24:9-13.

“And ye shall be betrayed both by parents, and brethren, and kinsfolks, and friends; and some of you shall they cause to be put to death. And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake. But there shall not an hair of your head perish. In your patience possess ye your souls.”  Luke 21:16-19.

The world has given you a social gospel, and conformed you to their standards.  The worldly lifestyle you are leading is the opposite of the biblical examples and the description above of what you are to expect to be treated like.

No hypocrite knows he is a hypocrite, and no one believes anything other than they are doing what is right by their standards and there is no way God would ever send, “precious little me to hell.”  When the truth is, you send yourself to hell by ignoring all His warnings to repent, choosing rather to enjoy pleasure above persecution.

The grace of God and the sacrifice of Christ only apply to the repentant (those who confess and forsake sin).  It does not apply to those who continue to sin.  The question then becomes which do you love more, your sin, or the truth of God?

The world that you currently live in is a deception that has been masterfully crafted from the beginning but document wise since about 1213 A.D., by the Treaty of 1213.  The Treaty of 1213 was seemingly negated by the Magna Carta which was the foundation of the Constitution for the united States of America (NOT THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA).  The latter being a corporate fiction crafted after the Civil War.  However, the Treaty of 1213 has always been in effect from its wordings and signatories, to its historical usurpation of powers that benefit them.

Our nation may be the only nation founded under God in the sense that the only authority over the people is God, not the government.  You see, the Constitution was never written for you because you wrote it.  Who did you write it for?  The government.  That is why the wording in its title was changed in 1871 from the Constitution for the united States of America to THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.  That is, to hide this truth from you, and allow the Treaty of 1213 to take precedence over your unalienable rights which proceed from God.

Christ understood the lies of the world and that the only authority over man is God.  Whereas today most believe that the government and their legislative laws (in other words the world and its god) are the authority over them.  As a result, you do and believe as the government has taught you since they control everything from schools, to churches, TV, internet, jobs, to what you buy and eat.

There is good news and there is bad news.  The good news is that they could not do away with the Bill of Rights, and they are still lawfully binding on the government.  The bad news is that they have so convoluted the courts that very, very few know this.  However, it only works under God, i.e., you must renounce the world in order to use it.  Freedom is free, under God.

These will be your new martyrs, and no one will stop their killing because these martyrs will be labeled as unpatriotic, rebels, anarchist, or whatever when in fact the opposite will be true.  But you have been so conditioned by the world (from privileges and luxuries) that you will believe the world when they tell you these people are crazy.

The only way to be free is to be free under God.  Conversely, men want to rule you through the power given to them by their god, so the only option they can see is to kill you.  If they don’t, you will expose them and reveal the truth of God to others (which they hate).  To be free these days is a harsh life because the government (world) controls everything, and as long as you love those things and your life more than God, you will remain in captivity…perhaps forever.

999 to 1

Do you know which side of the equation you are own?

There are only two dominions of people in the world, the children of God and the children of the Devil. The children of the Devil outnumber the children of God 999 to 1, if not more. Only 1 in 998, of the children of the Devil knows they are a child of the Devil. The rest are merely captive by the Devil at his will (2Ti 2:26-AV), they enjoy their self-willed satisfactions above sacrifice (Lk 9:23-25-AV).

The 1 in 998, control the world through the power the Devil gives them (Lk 4:6-AV), and keeps the rest focused on anything and everything that promotes delusion (theirs and yours). Some of the children of God (sheep and wheat) are currently lost among the children of the Devil (goats and tares). They will be recovered through the preaching of the cross, but the children of the Devil will ignorantly mock this as foolish (1Co 1:18-AV) in favor of the foolishness of their delusion.

Most of the children of the Devil call themselves Christians, analogous to the priests, Pharisees, and scribes of the Lord’s time with one exception in today’s paradigm. The religious of antiquity built too many hedges around God’s word, and the religious of today have torn too many of them down under a false delusion of what grace is (Jud 1:4-AV).

What does all this mean? It means hereafter words spoken that offend you are not meant for you anyway, you’re a child of the Devil and have not ears to hear (Jn 8:43-44-AV). I have sorrow for you but it is not the world’s sorrow (1Co 7:10-AV). The world’s sorrow looks after the flesh, and accepts abomination to avoid offending the dominion they have chosen.

If you violate God’s law you are under the law, not grace (1Ti 1:9-10-AV). It’s the same message as always…Repent! The Kingdom of God is at hand, for you with ears to hear this is your call. For the rest, your wages await.

  "IN GOD WE TRUST"

I recently read an article where a judge threw out a case where a satanist wanted the phrase "IN GOD WE TRUST" removed from the Federal Reserve Notes.

The reason the judge threw out the case is because the phrase “IN GOD WE TRUST” has nothing to do with the Almighty God.  America went bankrupt in 1933, but prior, in 1868, our government ratified the 14th Amendment over the objections of the last constitutionally legitimate president we had whom they impeached.  Since then you have been considered a “citizen” of THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (emphasis relevant).

However, before this you were considered “people.”  The difference being people are above the government but citizens are subjects of the government. “IN GOD WE TRUST” applies to this control which they hold over you in the form of the legislative (statutory) laws with which they rule you by.  Just so you know, these laws do not apply to people unless they choose.

Their laws are only effective under “TRUST” laws.  The judge knows this, and that the “Note” (not lawful money), which it is printed on is legally binding to enforce this control.  That is why when you go to court the judge always ask you to plea.  Your plea becomes the agreement that allows the clerk or judge via the clerk to prosecute under the “TRUST” laws.

The god of the “Note” is the Devil.  God does not have anything to do with money (1Ti 6:10-AV).  And the “Note’s” phrase “IN GOD WE TRUST” is the foundation of the laws they operate under to take “Notes” from you.

The reason the whole phrase (and not just “GOD” only) is capitalized, as well as the name THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, is because they are corporate fictions.  That is, “corp,” as in corpse.  They are dead lies.  It is all part of the delusion, which you will realize when you are a corpse.
