VOW

If a man vow a vow unto the LORD, or swear an oath to bind his soul with a bond; he shall not break his word, he shall do according to all that proceedeth out of his mouth.  Numbers 30:2.

Offer unto God thanksgiving; and pay thy vows unto the most High:  Psalm 50:14.

When thou vowest a vow unto God, defer not to pay it; for he hath no pleasure in fools: pay that which thou hast vowed. Better is it that thou shouldest not vow, than that thou shouldest vow and not pay.  Ecclesiastes 5:4-5.

Mine eyes shall be upon the faithful of the land, that they may dwell with me: he that walketh in a perfect way, he shall serve me.  He that worketh deceit shall not dwell within my house: he that telleth lies shall not tarry in my sight.  Psalm 101:6-7.

When thou shalt vow a vow unto the LORD thy God, thou shalt not slack to pay it: for the LORD thy God will surely require it of thee; and it would be sin in thee.  Deuteronomy 23:21.

I will pay my vows unto the LORD now in the presence of all his people.  Psalm 116:14.

Vow, and pay unto the LORD your God: let all that be round about him bring presents unto him that ought to be feared.  Psalm 76:11. 

That which is gone out of thy lips thou shalt keep and perform; even a freewill offering, according as thou hast vowed unto the LORD thy God, which thou hast promised with thy mouth.  Deuteronomy 23:23.

But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery. Again, ye have heard that it hath been said by them of old time, Thou shalt not forswear thyself, but shalt perform unto the Lord thine oaths: But I say unto you, Swear not at all; neither by heaven; for it is God's throne: Nor by the earth; for it is his footstool: neither by Jerusalem; for it is the city of the great King. Neither shalt thou swear by thy head, because thou canst not make one hair white or black. But let your communication be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay: for whatsoever is more than these cometh of evil.  Matthew 5:32-37.

Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.  Matthew 19:6.

For thou, O God, hast heard my vows: thou hast given me the heritage of those that fear thy name.  Psalm 61:5.

Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.  Exodus 20:7.

And ye shall not swear by my name falsely, neither shalt thou profane the name of thy God: I am the LORD.  Leviticus 19:12.

Surely as a wife treacherously departeth from her husband, so have ye dealt treacherously with me… saith the LORD.  Jeremiah 3:20.

That this is a rebellious people, lying children, children that will not hear the law of the LORD:  Isaiah 30:9.

LORD, who shall abide in thy tabernacle? …He that sweareth to his own hurt, and changeth not. Psalm 15:1a, 4b.

Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.  Romans 1:25.

For the sin of their mouth and the words of their lips let them even be taken in their pride: and for cursing and lying which they speak.  Psalm 59:12.

Behold upon the mountains the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace! O Judah, keep thy solemn feasts, perform thy vows: for the wicked shall no more pass through thee; he is utterly cut off.  Nahum 1:15.

But I will sacrifice unto thee with the voice of thanksgiving; I will pay that that I have vowed. Salvation is of the LORD.  Jonah 2:9.

My praise shall be of thee in the great congregation: I will pay my vows before them that fear him.  Psalm 22.25.

So will I sing praise unto thy name for ever, that I may daily perform my vows.  Psalm 61:8.

Thou shalt make thy prayer unto him, and he shall hear thee, and thou shalt pay thy vows.  Job 22:27.

Praise waiteth for thee, O God, in Sion: and unto thee shall the vow be performed.  Psalm 65:1.

How he sware unto the LORD, and vowed unto the mighty God of Jacob;  Psalm 132:2.

I will go into thy house with burnt offerings: I will pay thee my vows, Psalm 66:13.

The lip of truth shall be established for ever: but a lying tongue is but for a moment. Proverbs 12:19.

And they will deceive every one his neighbour, and will not speak the truth: they have taught their tongue to speak lies, and weary themselves to commit iniquity. Thine habitation is in the midst of deceit; through deceit they refuse to know me, saith the LORD.  Jeremiah 9:5-6.

Music Video: Twila Paris - I Want The World To Know Twila Paris is “the” only wholesome 80s girl you will find.  She is my all-time favorite Christian artist from a time when that actually meant something.  Her music is anointed, and not the mere production garbage you hear today from so-called Christian artists mimicking pop music.  During the 80s, pop was mimicking her, she owned that decade from start to finish. The Park Post And the third thing discovered was the lie, and I asked why?  Being is only seen as beautiful, yet within is condemning iniquity.  Wanton life, vainly moving along according to desires; lacking fidelity, grasping fairy tale – it is pointless. His passage is with grace, He cannot help it, He is the only reality.  An otiose existence is the lie in comparison.  Why does it prosper?  Beauty and grace in its hands merely brings tears with wonder not devotion. It is hated.  How is it dispelled?  Simply the hardest, the reality is behind darkness for purposes scarcely understood.  At times a glimpse, and the poise is perfect, how He travels.  And it passes; the ripple is swallowed in the lie. Not in the hands of youth, the pitifully ignorant.  It extends now; the elder holds the lie to a dying breath.  If neither, then who?  The rational?  No, too broad, they lack the stride.  He has to traff...

Kiss of Death The manuscript in the first video above is from 2 Samuel 11:2-27, with some other verses from the Bible as well.   I also made an additional video that has no manuscript which is included below.   There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.   Pro 14:12 .
