If a man vow a vow unto the LORD, or swear an oath to bind
his soul with a bond; he shall not break his word, he shall do according to all
that proceedeth out of his mouth. Numbers 30:2.
Offer unto God thanksgiving; and pay thy vows unto the most
High: Psalm 50:14.
When thou vowest a vow unto God, defer not to pay it; for he
hath no pleasure in fools: pay that which thou hast vowed. Better is it that

Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and
served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen. Romans 1:25.
For the sin of their mouth and the words of their lips let
them even be taken in their pride: and for cursing and lying which they

Behold upon the mountains the feet of him that bringeth good
